My family & I have been blessed with utilizing the services of Integrity 360 since July of 2024 for the care/companionship for my 85 year old mother whom suffers with dementia.We have been afforded a truly wonderful caregiver (3 days per week).We truly have great confidence in the care/concern/patience that the caregiver has shown with our mom.She is most definitely a God-send! We are very happy with the services provided by Integrity Care 360. It has allowed us to keep our Mother in her home. Mom's companion is very loving and kind, and she is also knowledgeable. She has helped us with mom's diet. She gives mom memory checks and takes her for walks. Mom enjoys her companion very much. In addition to companionship, she helps with light housework and laundry. My business is a conservatorship type business which get cases and clients from the State of Connecticut Probate Court My office has had the opportunity to  work with Integrity Care 360 LLC staff as well as daily direct communications with the owner regarding the wellness of my client. The staff arrives on time as per schedule And leaves at the  scheduled time Staff interacts with client and addresses all of the clients concerns and complaints. My experience with the owner has been excellent with great communication skills       The owner demonstrates great problem solving skills and is detailed with her communication owner keeps staff at their top performance by unannounced  random field checks. My dad was diagnosed with a brain tumor, he became immobile.  Integrity Care 360 was recommended to us to help care for my dad.  Natoia (owner) went above and beyond, she personally  brought Claudia over to my dads house. From the minute Claudia walked into my dads home she took wonderful care of my dad.
